Bark n’ Beans in Victoria

"Went this morning and had poached eggs on toast with added hollandaise and hashbrown... Hashbrown was amazingly crunchy and great and the hollandaise was amazing too. My partner got the BB burger and gave me a bite and that was equally as good. The coffee was also great and creamy. Unfortunately I do not eat a lot and got full very quickly as the portions were a great size for me haha. Overall it was a great place and the ladies working were lovely too!"

"Easily the best Egg and Bacon breakfast wraps in the mighty east. I travel from the city once a week (every Wed) just to have one. Highest of fives to Deia (not sure on correct spelling) for always having such positive energy with the customers"

"What a great place! Food is delicious and great value too. Plus they have a small kids corner with a good variety of toys. Kept our son busy while we waited for food. I was too hungry to take photos but the side of chips were proper thick cut chips and the bacon/egg/hash brown wrap was great."

"My son and I went here for the first time today for lunch and a babycino. I was so grateful to the wonderful staff for their friendly, fast service and their patience with his toddler behaviour. They were so quick to anticipate my needs, bringing water and extra serviettes without prompting. The pricing was great, the food (Burmese chicken wrap with chips) was hot and delicious, and we were served quickly. Will definitely come back."

"The coffee is such great value for money, and the atmosphere is so friendly there’s always background hubbub. They look like they have a great relationship with the community, every time I visit it’s always packed, at closing time there are people sitting down and catching up over coffee. There’s always lots of talk and it’s warm and friendly, the staff are lovely and they make an amazing chai. Thanks bark n’ beans!!"

"Excellent. Our first time. For brunch actually, with orders consisting of an omelet and what was referred to as a Rusty Roll: effectively a burger including hash brown, stacks of crispy bacon, an egg, aeoli and more. Both dishes were excellent. We also had a pair of wonderful coffees. However, there was a problem: the food took longer than it should have. We asked where it was to which the manager or owner, not sure, was very obliging. Very helpful in fact. Then when we went to pay the bill the coffees were on the house due to the slow delivery of food. But you know what. My friend and I had already agreed that the food was that good we would be back anyway. Great service, as explained, and great food."
